RETURN POLICY
Completely Bare happily accepts returns and exchanges of unused product purchased from completelybare.com within 14 days for a full refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Due to refund payment processing times, please allow five-ten business days for your credit to appear on your original form of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted - each company is different.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please note we only ship to the lower 48, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
